By accessing or using Honeytale ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

Description of Service

Honeytale is an AI-powered platform that generates personalized illustrated notes for children. The Service uses artificial intelligence to create text and images based on information you provide, including character selections, children's names, ages, and activities.

Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. By creating an account, you represent that the information you provide is accurate.

Subscriptions and Billing

Honeytale offers subscription plans billed monthly through Stripe. Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel before the end of the billing period. You can cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting us. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis.

Free Tier

New users receive 3 free notes. Once free notes are used, a subscription is required to continue generating notes.

Content and Intellectual Property

Notes and illustrations generated through Honeytale are created using AI and are provided for your personal, non-commercial use. You may print, download, and share generated content with your family. You may not resell or redistribute generated content commercially. Honeytale's character archetypes are original creations and do not represent or claim affiliation with any copyrighted characters or franchises.

AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Content generated by Honeytale is created by artificial intelligence and may occasionally contain errors or unexpected output. We review and refine our prompts regularly, but we cannot guarantee that every generated note will be perfect. You have the ability to edit notes before downloading or sharing them.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to use the Service to generate content that is harmful, abusive, or inappropriate for children. You agree not to attempt to circumvent usage limits or access the Service through automated means. You agree not to reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from the Service.

Limitation of Liability

Honeytale is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the Service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
